Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

  • "Royalux" refers to Royalux, the official EuroCave franchise in India
  • "Customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing our products or services
  • "Products" refers to wine storage cabinets, custom wine cellars, cigar humidors, and related accessories
  • "Services" refers to installation, maintenance, consultation, and support services
  • "Contract" refers to the agreement between Royalux and the Customer

2. Order and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Royalux. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason. Orders are only binding upon written confirmation from Royalux.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you within 48 hours and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

Payment terms:

  • 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
  • Remaining balance due before delivery/installation
  • Custom projects may require additional payment milestones
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation services are provided within our service areas. Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customer responsibilities:

  • Ensure access to installation site
  • Provide necessary electrical and structural requirements
  • Remove obstacles that may impede installation
  • Be present during scheduled installation

5. Warranty

EuroCave products come with the following warranty:

  • 3 years on the cabinet structure
  • 2 years on the compressor and refrigeration system
  • 1 year on electronic components and accessories

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Custom products and installed items are non-returnable.

Refund process:

  • Return authorization required
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund processed within 14 business days
  • Restocking fee may apply

7. Limitation of Liability

Royalux's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Force Majeure

Royalux is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

Royalux reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
